A Financial Assistance Program
The CANAAF Heads Up Fund is a financial assistance program for individuals with alopecia areata to help towards the purchase of a hair piece. Each application received is individually assessed by the CANAAF Board of Directors. Applicants can receive up to $750 towards the purchase of a hair piece.
